Can I use financing or do I need all cash?
Most deals move fast and are best suited for cash or hard/private money. We can refer you to trusted lenders if needed.
What types of properties do you offer?
Primarily single-family homes needing cosmetic or full rehab, as well as rental-ready or value-add properties. Occasionally, we come across multifamily properties.
Do I need a real estate license to buy the property?
No — we work directly with end buyers. Licensed agents are welcome, but not required.
Do you work with out-of-state investors?
Yes! Many of our buyers invest remotely. We can help coordinate inspections, boots-on-ground, and virtual walkthroughs.
