Offer:

A purchase proposal made by Peregrine or one of its partners to a Seller

Service:

Any content, communication, property information, or consultation provided by Peregrine REI

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to buy or sell property in the United States. By submitting information or engaging with Peregrine, you confirm your eligibility.

4. Description of Services

Peregrine REI is a real estate investment company that:

Sources off-market residential propertiesConnects investors with acquisition opportunitiesProvides cash offers to motivated property sellersCoordinates closing timelines between partiesOffers consultation and support throughout the transaction process

We are not acting as your agent, attorney, or financial advisor.

5. Property Submissions

By submitting a property to Peregrine, you agree:

We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our acquisition criteria.

6. Investor Access

To gain access to off-market property opportunities, you must complete a brief onboarding process. Peregrine may request information about your buying strategy, financing, and timeline. We reserve the right to deny access to any party we deem unqualified or unfit.

7. No Guarantee of Offers or Closings

Peregrine REI does not guarantee that:

Any specific property will be available or presentedAn offer will be made to a sellerAn investor will be matched with a propertyA transaction will successfully close

All opportunities are subject to market conditions, due diligence, and third-party participation.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Misrepresent property ownership or investor qualificationsSubmit fraudulent or misleading informationRe-market Peregrine properties without permissionViolate any applicable real estate or consumer protection lawsCircumvent Peregrine in transactions you sourced via the platform

Violations may result in legal action or permanent removal from our network.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, website content, materials, and communications provided by Peregrine REI remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Use

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our

11. Limitation of Liability
