Freehold Township is 1970s through 90s developments and adult communities; Freehold Borough is an old county seat of Victorians and two-families. We buy in both as-is: estate colonials, downtown rentals with tenants, adult community units heirs can't occupy. Written offer in 24 hours.

You'll meet Peter, not a call center. Peter has bought in Freehold Township and Borough and knows both certificate processes and the surrogate's office downtown. About Peter
Freehold is two municipalities that share a name and not much else.
The township is developments and adult communities. Colonials off Route 9, Route 537 and Elton-Adelphia Road from the 70s through 90s, plus Covered Bridge, Raintree, Stonehurst and other 55+ communities. Estates and association approvals are routine for us.
The borough is old. Victorians and two-families from the 1880s through 1930s on the grid around Main Street, many tenant-occupied. Registration and inspection apply. We buy occupied.
Both municipalities inspect before sale. We schedule it, pay for it and fix anything after closing.
The county complex is here. The Monmouth surrogate and sheriff are on Main Street. We work with both regularly.
Local notes from houses we’ve bought and walked; confirm anything specific to your property with the township and your attorney. More on selling in Monmouth County.
